Hearts of Tomorrow is a nonprofit organization that delivers crafts & water to demographics at high risk for cardiovascular disease (CVD) and strokes. We specifically target rural communities, people who could improve their lifestyle choices for heart health, and blue collar workers – some of the most underserved demographics. Heart disease and strokes are one of the leading causes of death around the world, and the #1 killer in the US. What's unique is the large role that lifestyle, dietary, and occupational habits contribute to CVD, which is why HOT works to provide accessible resources, such as water and simple notes/reminders that youth, like you, can deliver to these underserved communities.
